Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted because every piece is custom made to order.

Returns: Because every item is handmade and personalized specifically for you, we do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse or personalization errors entered at checkout. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
