Each piece we make is handcrafted to order — because of that, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at TheDirtRoadGardener@gmail.comwith clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

If a return is required for a damaged item, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
