Handcrafted & Material Disclaimer

All of our products are handmade using real steel. Because steel is a naturally porous material, no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. Finishes such as raw steel and rusted patina will continue to age and develop character over time — this is a natural and beautiful part of the material’s process, not a defect.

Production & Fulfillment

Each item is made to order in our Kimball, Michigan studio. Production time is typically 7-10  business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing.
Orders ship via USPS Priority (1–3 days) or UPS Ground, depending on size and destination. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been packaged and labeled.

Returns & Refunds

Because all of our items are made to order or custom designed, we do not issue refunds or accept returns. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during transit, please email TheDirtRoadGardener@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a clear description of the issue, photographs of the damage, and photos of the packaging. We’ll work quickly to replace or repair your order as needed.
