We ship most items within 7-10 business days of your order being placed.
Those days represent our production window — time spent fabricating, finishing, and packaging your piece by hand.
Once your item is ready to ship, it will be sent via:

USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)

or UPS Ground, depending on size and weight.
Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right.
