Raw steel is unsealed natural metal exactly as cut. Over time it will naturally patina and rust depending on environment and moisture exposure. If you’d like to preserve the original look, simply seal with a clear coat upon arrival.

Rusted Steel
We begin the natural rusting process before shipping. The patina will continue to deepen and evolve outdoors. This is real rust and may transfer to hands or surfaces. To lock in the finish at any stage, seal with a clear coat after arrival.
