FINISH OPTIONS

RAW FINISH

Our raw finish is your metal piece cleaned up and polished. It is unsealed and will arrive looking similar to a shiny new nickel. Over time it will naturally patina and rust. If you would like to maintain the bright metal appearance, simply apply a Rust-Oleum clear coat upon arrival to stop the aging process.

RUSTED PATINA FINISH

We begin the rusting process using common household ingredients. This is genuine rust, not paint, powder coating, or a chemical finish. Because it is real rust, it may transfer color to surfaces and hands it comes into contact with.

We start the aging process for you, but your piece will continue developing character and patina over time because it is not sealed. If you wish to stop the aging process once it reaches your preferred appearance, simply apply a Rust-Oleum clear coat.

Every piece is designed, cut, cleaned, finished, packaged, and shipped by our family from our small Michigan metal fabrication shop. Nothing is mass produced. Each piece is made by our hands and crafted one at a time.

SIZE INFORMATION

The deer body measures approximately 8 inches at its longest dimension. Depending on the orientation and proportions of the artwork, the secondary measurement will vary to maintain the design’s integrity, detail, and structural strength.

This ensures the artwork remains visually balanced while preventing weakened areas or loss of detail.
