A winter visitor from every angle

A little penguin faces the garden beneath scattered stars, standing on a snow-inspired shape cut into each side. All four panels have identical plasma-cut artwork, with true see-through openings rather than white paint or a solid background. At 24 inches tall, this medium-sized column works beautifully beside a porch chair or garden planter. The second photograph shows our 18-, 24-, and 32-inch sizes for comparison; this listing includes only the single 24-inch column.

Choose your finish

Raw Steel: Cleaned mill-finish steel, unpainted, uncoated and unsealed. It naturally oxidizes and develops rust or patina over time with exposure.

Rusted Finish: Genuine rust started by hand using ordinary household ingredients including vinegar, hydrogen peroxide and salt. Not faux paint or powder coating. Our steel remains unsealed, so rust patterns and color continue to evolve. Product images show the Rusted Finish.

Unsealed rust can transfer to hands, clothing, walls, floors, furniture or nearby surfaces. Protect surfaces as needed. An appropriate clear coating applied after delivery may slow further oxidation if preferred.

Winter charm for porches and gardens

Nestle this whimsical garden sculpture among evergreen branches, pinecones and favorite plaid textiles, or leave it in a woodland garden for a cheerful winter welcome. Makes a distinctive handmade gift for penguin lovers. Styling props are not included.
