Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted because every piece is custom made to order.

Returns: Because every item is handmade specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.
