Each sign is hand-cut from heavy 14-gauge American steel and designed entirely by me, The Dirt Road Gardener, in our family-owned fabrication shop in Kimball, Michigan. From design to cutting, every step is completed in-house with care, craftsmanship, and intention.

Every Dirt Road Gardener piece is made to order. Typical production time is 7–10 business days. During peak holiday seasons, production times may be slightly longer.

Free shipping included on every order. Orders ship via UPS Ground. Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships. Shipping times vary by destination but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. We currently ship throughout the continental United States.

Steel arrives from the mill with natural grain, grooves, and variation. Rusted and raw finishes will differ from piece to piece, making each sign truly one of a kind.

POLICIES

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted because every piece is custom made to order.

Returns: Because every item is handmade specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.
